A colourful production where the group presents traditional material from Norway and Ireland as well as self-composed tunes.
The musicians of Bukkene Bruse show the diversity of Norwegian folk music by presenting a broad selection from its rich cultural treasure chest: slåtter, stev, marches, medieval ballads and religious folk songs.

With self-composed material, intriguing arrangements and new interpretations of traditional tunes, they make Norwegian folk music accessible to a larger audience, while at the same time preserving the traditional core of the genre.
